Join Alli of One With All and Rosalie of Reaching Roots Reiki for a nurturing 2-hour restorative yoga and Reiki-infused practice.

Throughout this experience, you'll be deeply supported — gently guided into restful poses that soothe the body and calm the mind. Expect a space of stillness, surrender, and deep care.

As you settle into relaxation, Rosalie will offer individual 20-minute Reiki sessions, bringing energetic healing and balance to your practice.
